This group will creatively lead you through examining your life's story from a different point of view: that of you being the creator and director. This creative approach enables participants to process past experiences, understand recurring themes or patterns, and cultivate creative confidence to adopt different approaches, patterns, and even beliefs. Though playful, this work is deeply affecting and transforming.
